Which Cirkul items are listed?

You can compare bottles, tumblers, kits, flavor cartridges, Singles and multi-item offers. The product page identifies capacities, options and package contents, so check the exact selection rather than relying on a gallery image alone.

How are processing and transit calculated?

Following successful authorization, preparation generally requires 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 4–6 more business days. Weekends and relevant holidays are excluded. Shipping cost and service are shown for your checkout address.

Are change-of-mind returns allowed?

A non-defective return can be requested, as can a defective return or exchange, within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be new, and non-defective merchandise must be unused and kept in original condition. Full details appear in the Refund Policy.

Do I pay to mail an approved return?

Use the free prepaid return label packed with the order after approval and confirmation of the destination. If it was not received or is damaged, contact us first. No restocking fee is deducted. Exchanges remain subject to stock.

How quickly is an approved refund started?

The refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank or provider posting may continue afterward.
