Refund Policy

Eligible merchandise

Returns are available for defective and non-defective goods, and exchanges are accepted. Contact us no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. Every returned product must be new. If the product is not defective, it must also be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its available packaging and components.

Send the request before the parcel

Write to rajansingh202511@gmail.com with the order number, purchase email, product and whether you seek a return or exchange. State the reason. Photos or video may be requested for damage, defects, wrong goods, missing pieces or a substantial description difference. A qualifying new and unused non-defective return does not need evidence of a fault.

Mailing an approved return

Approval and a confirmed return address are required before shipment; our public mailing address is for correspondence unless the instructions say otherwise. A free prepaid return label is included in your package for an approved mail return. If that label is missing or unusable, ask us for help before sending the item. We charge no restocking fee.

Resolution and credit

Exchange fulfillment depends on current replacement availability. If an exchange cannot be supplied, we will discuss another suitable resolution. When a refund is approved, we process and initiate it back to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or payment service can take additional time to show the credit.

Applicable statutory rights remain available and are not reduced by this voluntary policy.
